I can still hear my best friend saying "get out of the self development department", but I never did...moving my body and growing my mind invigorates me.

I love believing that life can be lived and loved fully regardless of our circumstances. It is energizing to help people see the best in themselves and in the world around them. This is why I want to make it my life's work to empower people to make the changes they need to design a life they love.
